Course objectives
The aim is to introduce the basics of project management, which are based on the IPMA - National Standard of Project Management Competencies, version 3.2. After completing this course, the student should be able to implement a project, oriented in all parts of its life cycle and selected competencies according to IPMA.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will:
- know appropriate project management methodologies,
- design a project work plan,
- know how to build a project team,
- design a project budget,
- design metrics to measure project success.

Assessment methods
Course completion requirements: 1. meeting the deadlines for submitting assignments or completing the test. There will always be a week from the last day of the module for both. Successful and timely completion of each module is required for graduation. You may retake each test, and it must be completed to a minimum of 80%. 2. completion of the final assignment. It will be assigned in the final module.
