Course objectives
The lecture will examine the problem of frame and framing in cinema and the visual arts from the perspective of poststructuralist perspective. Assessment: a written test. Literature: Michalovič, Peter: Úvod do štrukturalizmu a postštrukturalizmu (spolu s Pavlom Minárom; Bratislava: Iris 1997); P. M.: Orbis terrarum est speculum ludi (Bratislava: SCCA 1999); P. M.: Krátke úvahy o vizualite a filme (Bratislava: Slovenský filmový ústav 2000).
