- Course objectives
- During the course students will acquire substantial knowledge concerning directions in literary theory which either redefine structuralism, postmodern philosophy or find inspiration in other philosophical schools;
students will be able to apply the studied strategies in their own theoretical thinking and writing of an essay;
students will deepen their knowledge of the dynamics of 20th century literary theory;
students will be able to evaluate the utility of the theories under discussion, as well as the theoretical and philosophiocal background of these theories - Syllabus

- 70% attendance, reading the assigned test at home, active participation in class discussions. The main aaignment is the writing of an essay.
