- Course objectives
- Doctoral student elaborates and presents a methodological paper concerning the assigned dissertation topic.
- Learning outcomes
- After completion of the course, doctoral student will be able to:
- describe clearly the addressed scholarly topic;
- choose appropriate methods, which will bring progress in treatment of the addressed scholarly topic;
- hold a well-founded sophisticated discussion. - Syllabus
- Each doctoral student in archaeology holds one methodological presentation concerning the assigned dissertation topic in collective doctoral seminars.

- Requirements for a successful completion of the course: presentation in adequate quality and form (standard scholarly presentation, max. 20 minutes speech + ca. 10 minutes discussion). The course-unit credit is awarded by the Secretary for Doctoral Studies.
