  • 1) Seznámení s nejdůležitější bryologickou literaturou. 2) Charakteristiky základních skupin mechorostů, anatomické a morfologické znaky a jejich využití v určovacím procesu. 3-14) Určování častěji se vyskytujících zástupců naší bryoflóry, rozbor jejich znaků, ekologických vazeb a rozšíření. Jde např. o druhy: Atrichum undulatum, Polytrichum attenuatum, P. commune, Funaria hygrometrica, Brachythecium rutabulum, Pohlia nutans, Ceratodon purpureus, Bryum argenteum, Mnium undulatum, M. affine, Thiudium abietinum, Pleurozium schreberi, Hylocomium splendens, Hypnum cupressiforme, Leucobryum glaucum, Dicranum scoparium, Tetraphis pellucida, Marchantia polymorpha, Plagiochila asplenioides, Lophozia bidentata, Madotheca platyphylla, Sphagnum palustre, S. warnstorfianum atd.

Cílem bryologického praktika je seznámit posluchače se základními určovacími příručkami, které lze využít k určování našich mechorostů, s anatomickými a morfologickými znaky využívanými při determinaci, s určovacími postupy a s nejčastějšími zástupci naší bryoflóry.

  • Základní bryologické určovací příručky, anatomické a morfologické znaky. Frondózní játrovky. Foliózní játrovky. Akrokarpní mechy. Pleurokarpní mechy. Rod Sphagnum. Časté druhy různých stanovišť.
