Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to characterize interrelationship between microorganisms, viruses and macroorganisms, the admission of bacteria and viruses to macroorganisms, barriers of admission, understand and explain characteristics of different microorganism for example Spirochetes; Pseudomonadaceae; Neiserriaceae; Enterocacteriaceae; Pasteurellaceae; Micrococcaceae; Bacillus; Clostridium; Listeria; Corynebacterium; Actinomycetes; Mycobacterium; Mycoplasma, to work with information on relationship between microorganism and macroorganism, effect of microorganisms on animal and pathogen microorganisms.
