Course objectives
Main objectives can be summarized as understanding of the main principles of single crystal structural analysis, but we describe here not only the theoretical background of diffraction on single crystal, but also the technical equipment used during diffraction experiments and the basic steps and methods used during processing of experimental data and solving of crystal structures of so called "small molecules".
