Course objectives
The aim of the course is to expand students' knowledge in the field of plasma physics. In particular, it is about basic knowledge about plasma - definition of plasma, basic parameters of plasma, behavior of plasma in electric (static and high-frequency) and magnetic fields. Furthermore, the student will become familiar with the collision processes in plasma and the kinetic and macroscopic (fluid) description of plasma.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will know the basic parameters of plasma and its definition. He will be able to understand the processes in the plasma and the interaction of the plasma with external fields.
