- Course objectives
- Selected Issues in Botany is a course offered by external lecturers who talk about their research. There are different lecturers in every semester. Rather than a comprehensive coverage of some subject, the purpose of this course is defining scientific problems in a focused topic, discussion on methods applied to solve these problems, and presentation of results of particular projects.

- Téma kurzu Vybrané problémy z botaniky v podzimním semestru 2005 je Metody populační biologie rostlin. Výuku povede prof. Tomáš Herben a dr. Zuzana Münzbergová z PřF UK v Praze. Půjde o zkrácenou verzi kurzu probíhajícího na katedře botaniky PřF UK, jehož syllabus je k dispozici na http://www.natur.cuni.cz/~herben/kurspopmetod.html. Zkrácený syllabus pro kurz v Brne bude k dispozici na ISu během několika dnů.
