  • 2. Stone cleaning. Cleaning pastes. Removing of colour flecks coming from metallic compounds. Removing of oil coatings, desalination.
  • 3. Stone cementation. Cementation agents, impregnation methods, impregnation in vacuum.
  • 4. Stone impregnation. Investigation of penetration depth for cementation agents.
  • 5. Chemical analyses of raw materials. Starting materials and recipes for selected type of ceramic product.
  • 6. Determination of liquid absorbability. Differentiation of ceramic products according to their absorbability.
  • 7. Determination of glaze kind. Its chemical composition, calculations according to Seger formula.
  • 8. Charge calculations. Determination of chemical composition of starting materials dealing with glaze production. Charge glaze calculations.
  • 9. Tests of glaze stability. Determination of tension between glaze and ceramic cullet.
