  • Learning Outcomes

    After successfully completing his/her studies the graduate is able to:

    • apply organisational and methodological skills in the management of nursing practice and educate individuals and groups in health and illness.
    • provide basic and extended life support, including highly specialised nursing care, to patients over 10 years of age who have experienced or are at risk of experiencing failure of basic vital signs.
    • to provide highly specialised nursing care for critically ill patients in accordance with current legislation.
    • use technical equipment, devices and pharmaceutical preparations in intensive care medicine.
    • use basic diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in critical care medicine and provide highly specialised nursing care to patients under anaesthesia.
    • know and understand the methodology of nursing and medical research, including its application to practice.
    • actively seek, organise and critically evaluate theoretical and practical information related to health problems in nursing and can propose comprehensive recommendations for their solution.
