Amalgams of noble metals are interesting materials in plasmonic, especially for their electrochemical properties. This paper deals with thin films from those amalgams. Their optical and physical properties were obtained both using spectral dependece of surface plasmon polariton excitated in elipsometer and by atomic force microscopy roughness measurement.
