Anotace

The author gives attention to the academic activities of the professors who in the inter-war period migrated between the Law Faculty in Bratislava and that in Brno. Some Czech professors who spent the beginning of their academic career at Bratislava Law Faculty later moved to Brno. Jan Vážný worked his way up among the leading Czech romanists directing his attention to the Italian school of romanists. Despite being a proffessor of Civil Law in Bratislava, in Brno František Rouček focused on Business Law as well as Law of Exchange and he even attempted to find his role in Legal History. Karel Kizlink, teacher of Commercial Law in Brno, took the opposite direction and moved to Bratislava where he found his recourse until the end of his proffesional career. Migration with the taste of tragedy – that was the case of Czech professors who were forced to leave Slovakia after the Munich Treaty had been signed. Vratislav Bušek, Cyril Čechrák, Rudolf Rauscher and Zdeněk Peška were those who by the decision of ministry were directed to the Law Faculty in Brno, however, the least didn t even start his work there. The others had to stop their short work as soon as the Czech universities were closed at the end of 1939. Rudolf Rauscher didn t get back to his teaching any more due to the deadly heart attack following the search conducted in his flat by Gestapo in 1941.

Anotace česky

Autor se věnuje osudům profesorů, kteří dobrovolně přešli z bratislavské právnické fakulty do Brna (Jan Vážný a František Rouček) nebo z Brna do Bratislavy (Karel Kizlink), ale i osudu těch, kteří museli z Bratislavy odejít nedobrovolně (Rudolf Rauscher, Vratislav Bušek, Cyril Čechrák a Zdeněk Peška). Poslední do Brna vůbec nenastoupil. Pro ostatní skončilo jejich krátké brněnské působení zavřením českých vysokých škol na konci roku 1939. Rudolf Rauscher se už k pedagogické práci nevrátil, protože v roce 1941 po domovní prohlídce, kterou v jeho bytě provedlo gestapo, zemřel na infarkt.
