By sequencing of the amplified region were identified causal SNPs for the species belonging to the complexes Pseudoterranova decipiens, Contracaecum osculatum, Anisakis simplex. Morphologic and metric features such as cephalic end with oral opening, anlagen of lips and prominent cuticular tooth, position of the excretory pore, ventriculus, ventricular and intestinal appendices and tail shapes were observed.
