Anotace

V originále

Over the few last years we have been everyday facing the news about an alarming increase of the resistance of almost all potentially pathogenic germs. Fortunately, the increase of the resistance to silver (coloid or nanocrystaline) doesnt follow this trend. Unsuprisingly, the covers containing silver have nowadays become a more frequent choice in the wound management of only acute but also non healing wounds. Our paper is drawn up as case series of various indications in acute wounds, in which relatively new local cover containing nanocrystaline silver (Acticoat) was used.
