Abstract
The activity of the so-called Dresden School is believed to have been a stimulating element in Bohemia during the formative years of the Hussite movement. However, it seems likely that the Dresden School has been identified as a group only in the public consciousness. Primarily focusing on the textual transmission, the lecture presented a few texts connected with the alleged members and/or disciples of this School in order to analyze the causes that may have lain behind the perception of the individuals, who authored or copied these texts, as members of this group.
