Abstract

Dieses Buch konzentiert sich an die Förderung von Schülern mit sonderpädagogischem Förderbedarf und von jungem Menschen mit Behinderung bei der Bildung, Eingliederung in den Arbeitsprozess und in die Gesellschaft. Die einzelnen Kapiteln (in deutscher oder englischer Sprache) präsentieren Teilergebnisse aus Forschungen aus drei Ländern. Die Aufmerksamkeit ist folgenden Bereichen gewidmet: Bildung, Förderung bei der Berufswahl, Berufsbildung, Erwerb von Kompetenzen, Berufsberatung und Unterstützung am Arbeitsmarkt.

Abstract (in Czech)

Monografie je zaměřena na podporu žáků se speciálními potřebami a mladých lidí s postižením při vzdělávání, začleňování do pracovního procesu a do společnosti. Jednotlivé kapitoly, které jsou publikovány v německém nebo anglickém jazyku, se dotýkají vzdělávání a podpory jedinců od školního věku až po ranou dospělost a prezentují výsledky dílčích výzkumů ze tří zemí. Pozornost je věnována vzdělávání, podpoře při volbě profese a profesnímu vzdělávání, dále důležitosti osvojování kompetencí a příkladům z praxe, kde k tomu dochází, a oblasti profesního poradenství a podpoře při začleňování na trh práce.

Abstract (in English)

This book focuses on a support of students with special education needs and young adults with disabilities in further education, job market and society in general. Individual chapters (in German or English) concentrate on education and support of individuals from school age to young adulthood and introduce results of studies from three countries. Attention is given to education, career choice support, and professional development. Further on, the book deals with acquisition of competences and gives real life examples from the field of professional counseling and support at the job market.
