Abstract

V německých dějinách byla Třetí říše obdobím, které bylo pro zavádění a rozvoj uniforem, služebních stejnokrojů, nejrůznějších medailí, čestných odznaků či vyznamenání snad nejpříznivější. Extrémní touha národních socialistů po zavedení uniformity a odstranění jakékoliv individuality člověka se projevila v tom, že uniformu obdržely mimo členů nacistické strany a jejich četných organizačních složek i mládežnické organizace a nejrůznější stavovské spolky. Soudcovský talár a talár státního zástupce v období Třetí říše zásadním způsobem nezměnily, neboť jejich provedení zůstalo stejné jako v období Výmarské republiky .Tento příspěvek však názorně ukázal, že národně socialistická ideologie pronikla i do odívání v justici, a to tím, že od roku 1935 byl na talár soudců a státních zástupců připevněn výsostný znak Říše, tedy říšská orlice s hákovým křížem jako symbol nacistické strany, který symbolizoval propojení strany a státu a byl tak jedním z mnoha nástrojů, jejichž prostřednictvím nacisté působili na nezávislost soudní moci. Od roku 1940 pak byly sjednoceny úřední stejnokroje u úředníků ve veřejné správě, kteří obdrželi tmavě modré uniformy.

Abstract (in English)

The Third Reich in German history was period very plentiful for the introduction and development of uniforms, business uniforms, various medals, badges or medals of honor. Extreme desire of the National Socialists to introduce uniformity and eliminate any human individuality is reflected in the fact that uniforms were ordered not only for members of the Nazi party and their many divisions but also for youth organizations and various professional associations. Judges' robe and gown of prosecutor in the Third Reich weren’t fundamentally changed, because their design has remained the same as in the period of the Weimar republic. This article clearly showed that National Socialist ideology penetrated into clothing in the judiciary, and that is through the fact that since 1935 the gown of judges and prosecutors was ornated by sovereign symbol of Third Reich - imperial eagle with a swastika as a symbol of the Nazi Party, which symbolized the connection between the party and the state and was one of the many tools that the Nazis used for influencing the independence of the judiciary. Since 1940 the official uniforms for public officials were united and they received dark blue uniforms.
