Práce opisuje sociální skupiny ohrožené sociální exkluzí v současnosti i v minulosti, zabývá se hodnotovými východisky a dilematy spjatými se sociální exkluzí, jak rovněž hrozbami sociální exkluze v moderním sociálním státě.

The work describes social groups at risk of social exclusion in the present and in the past, engaged in by value base and dilemmas-knit social exclusion, as well as threats of social exclusion in the modern welfare state.
