Abstract

Bei der beruflichen Eingliederung spielt Qualifikation eine wichtige Rolle. Doch neben der Qualifikation erweisen sich Kompetenzen als ebenfalls sehr wichtig. Ihr Erwerb ist Teil der Bildung, ihre Aneignung ein lebenslanger Prozess. In diesem Workshop werden Ergebnisse einer Forschungserhebung vorgestellt, die sich mit Anforderungen und Erfahrungen am Arbeitsmarkt beschäftigen (aus Sicht der Berater an den Schulen, Menschen mit Behinderung und Arbeitgeber).

Abstract (in Czech)

Při profesním začlenění hraje důležitou roli kvalifikace. Vedle ní se však ukazují jako velmi důležité i kompetence. Jejich získání je součástí vzdělávání, jejich osvojování celoživotním procesem. V tomto workshopu budou představeny výsledky výzkumných šetření zaměřených na požadavky a zkušenosti na trhu práce (z pohledu poradenských pracovníků na školách, osob s postižením a zaměstnavatelů).

Abstract (in English)

Besides the qualification for the vocational integration acquiring of competences seems to be important as well. It is a part of the education and a lifelong process. In this workshop the results of research will be introduced. It focuses the requirements and experiences on the labour market (from the point of view of councellors at schools, persons with disability and employers).
