V originále

In our study we focused on lectin RSL ability to bind alpha and beta methyl fucoside. We combined X-ray crystallography, ITC and NMR to get a complex view on lectin-carbohydrate interaction.

V naší studii jsme se zameřili na schopnost lektinu RSL vázat alfa a beta methylfukosid. Použili jsme rentgenovou krystalografii, ITC a NMR, abychom získali komplexní pohled na interakci lektin-sacharid.
