Abstract
V originále
The chapter presents information on learning to read in pupils with dyslexia. We perceive this issue from the perspective of the acquisition of cognitive and metacognitive strategies. We also focus on the defi nition of basic skills such as the process of reading comprehension, phonological information processing, and acquisition of a feel for the language. The chapter contains the analyses of some foreign approaches and programmes in the acquisition of basic strategies in the learning process with specifi c examples of good practice.
