Abstract
Nutrition of hypertonic patients is determined by actual condition of the patients, associated diseases and with regards to the medication. Basic principles of correct nutrition hypertonic patients are: Eat regulary and never overeat. Consume varied diet with at least 400 g of vegetable and 100 g of fruit a day. Drink non-alcoholic and non-energetic drinks in amount of 2 to 3 liters during the whole day and not just occasionally.
