Abstract
This contribution is focused on optical emission spectroscopy of dielectric barrier discharge in ambient air. Spectra were measured for three frequencies in range 15-50 kHz and for discharge power in range 400-600 W. Vibrational and rotational temperature were calculated from measured spectra in 40 points of discharge area. N2 bands (2-0) were used for calculation of vibrational temperature. OH lines (0-0 from Q1 branch) were used for calculation of rotational temperature. Homogeneity of vibrational and rotational temperature was proved in different points (in grid) of discharge area.
