Abstract

Cílem materiálu je připravit nezdravotnické pracovníky na řešení život ohrožujících stavů při prvním kontaktu s pacientem a v rámci zásahů integrovaného záchranného systému (IZS). Důraz je kladen především na rozpoznání závažných a život ohrožujících stavů a poskytnutí správné pomoci do příjezdu týmu zdravotnické záchranné služby. Kromě zpracování základních postupů v jednotlivých situacích je brán zřetel i na správný způsob použití dostupných pomůcek dle výbavy jednotlivých složek. Materiál je doplněn o mnoho fotografií a videí tak, aby studujícímu co nejvíce přiblížil reálnou situaci.

Abstract (in English)

The aim of the material is to prepare non-healthcare workers for handling life-threatening conditions during the first contact with the patient and within the interventions provided by the Integrated Rescue System (IRS). Emphasis is put mainly on the identification of serious and life-threatening conditions and the provision of good support until the arrival of the Emergency Medical Services. In addition to the execution of basic procedures in individual situations, also the correct use of available tools is taken into account based on facilities available to individual components of the IRS. The material is accompanied with a number of photos and videos to make the real situation as alive to the student as possible.
