Abstract

Správní akty regulace dopravy regulují provoz jen na určitých místech (konkrétní křižovatky, úseky komunikací apod.), a to rozdílně od právní úpravy obecné, na jejímž základě jsou správní akty zvláštní regulace vydávány. Správní akty regulace dopravy přitom mohou narušit právní sféru jednotlivců, a to ať už samotných účastníků silničního provozu, nebo vlastníků nemovitostí blízko komunikací apod. Příspěvek se věnuje možnosti soudního přezkumu v případech jednotlivých druhů správních aktů, kterými lze regulovat provoz na pozemních komunikacích.

Abstract (in English)

Administrative acts of traffic regulation regulate traffic only in certain places (particular section), differently from the general legislation, which is the basis for issuing of these administrative acts. The administrative acts of traffic regulation can interfere legal rights of individuals, who are road users or proprietors of houses situated near the roads and so on. The contribution is focused on judicial review of these administrative acts, which are issued for traffic regulation.
