Abstract
Publikace se zaměřuje na vybrané teoretické a praktické aspekty profesního růstu učitelů. Profesní růst je nahlížen z hlediska znalostní a osobnostní báze studentů učitelství. Zaměřuje se nejenom na měřitelné komponenty učitelových kompetencí, ale také na skryté proměnné, jako metakognice, tacitní znalosti a studentovo pojetí výuky.
Abstract (in English)
The publication focuses on selected theoretical and practical aspects of professional development of teachers. Professional development is viewed in terms of the knowledge and personality base of student teachers. It focuses not only on measurable components of teacher competence, but also the hidden variables, such as metacognition, tacit knowledge and student's approach to teaching.
