Abstract
Knowledge is formed in the dynamic field of influences and has cognitive and emotional extent. It is not constant; it continually transforms and records itself in the individuals mind and in the changes in the inner and the outer environment caused by his or her actions. In the outlined process, a piece of knowledge has an explicit form (the individual is aware of it) and a tacit form (the individual is either little or not at all aware of it). For this reason, it seems appropriate to use the words explicit and tacit dimension of knowledge. Thus, what is incommunicable at a given moment (a situation) is called tacit; however, it really exists and is integral to the individual’s knowledge structure. In the end of the text, authors depict their qualitative research design and present two methods of research of tacit dimensions of knowledge: 1)doing analysis of a inner logic of metaphors used in interviews and 2) doing analysis of a structure of narratives producing by interviewees.
Abstract (in Czech)
Z toho důvodu autoři v textu používají pojmy explicitní a tacitmní dimenze znalosti. Autoři na konci svého textu představují kvalitativní výzkumný design a dvě hlavní metody analýzy: 1) analýza použitých metafor a 2) analýza struktury narativů, které ve svých promluvách použili lidé, na nichž je tacitní dimenze znalosti zkoumána.
