The author presents in the chapter the basic fundaments of systemic and narrative approch understand as expression of the „respect“, „beauty“ and „utility“ used in strenghtenning of resilience of the students of social work. The chapter concerns with the understanding of „problem“ and of „assumptions“, then is concerned with the technique „reframing“ and the dilema of help and control and the topoc of „power“ of social worker in the systemic and narrative approach. Main research question of the chapter is, how the basic fundaments of the systemic and narrative approach strenghten the resilience of students of social work?
