Anotace

El trabajo cuestiona la efectividad y productividad de la parasíntesis en cuanto al proceso de la neología. Se examina un corpus de formaciones parasintéticas que han sido documentadas en los textos del siglo XVIII. Al mismo tiempo, éstas se comparan con sus posibles equivalentes en las lenguas emparentadas.

The work questions the effectiveness and productivity of the parasynthesis as the process of neologism. A corpus of parasynthetic formations that have been documented in the texts of the eighteenth century is examined. At the same time, these formations are compared to their possible equivalents in related languages.
