In the article the Old Prussian theonym Pergrub(r)ius is analyzed. Its primary form is reconstructed as *Grubrius ~ *Grubius and compared with the Umbrian theonym Grabovius and Common Slavic dendronym *grab7 ~ *grabr7 "hornbeam".
