Abstract

Lidé s tělesným postižením se na trhu práce setkávají s řadou překážek. Setkávají se i s názorem, že tělesné postižení s sebou automaticky nese i snížení rozumových schopností. Cíle: Cílem výzkumů představených v tomto textu bylo zjistit, jaké mají lidé s omezením hybnosti zkušenosti na volném trhu práce. Metody: Hlavní technikou kvalitativních výzkumů byl polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Informanty byli lidé s vrozeným a získaným omezením hybnosti. Výsledky: Ve výsledcích lze identifikovat shody, které souvisejí zejména s omezením hybnosti a důsledky na vykonávání práce. Uváděné překážky se netýkají jen stavebních podmínek, nýbrž i přístupu lidí. Rozdíly pak vyplývají především z doby vzniku postižení a charakterem postižení.

Abstract (in English)

In the labour market people with physical disabilities face a lot of obstacles. They sometimes face the opinion that a physical disability inevitable means also intellectual disabilities. Goals: This chapter presents research outcomes analysing the experiences of people with physical disabilities in the open labour market. Methods: The main method in these qualitative studies was an interview. The participants were people with physical disabilities. Outcomes: Agreements connected with physical limits and its consequences for the job are evident in the outcomes. The presented obstacles arise not only from physical limits but are also caused by the approach of the public. The differences follow mainly from the time of getting as well as the character of the disability.
