Abstract

V kapitole je shrnuta problematika normocytárních a megaloblastových anemií u starších nemocných. Pozornost je věnována zejména diferenciální diagnostice a terapii častějších typů těchto anemií. Kapitola je doplněna kazuistikami, které demonstrují zejména problematiku diferenciální diagnostiky normocytární a megaloblastové anemie. Text je doplněn fotografiemi vybraných mikroskopických obrazů nátěrů periferní krve a kostní dřeně.

Abstract (in English)

The chapter summarizes the issue of normocytic and megaloblastic anemia in older patients. Attention is paid to the differential diagnosis and therapy of frequent types of these anemias. The chapter is supplemented with case reports with the specific attention to the differential diagnosis of normocytic and megaloblastic anemias. The text is accompanied by photographs of selected microscopic images of peripheral blood and bone marrow smears.
