Abstract

Předmět je zaměřen na nácvik rozcvičení a nácvik útočných herních činností jednotlivce, a to v posloupnosti metodické řady (střelba, uvolnění hráče bez míče, uvolnění hráče s míčem na místě a v pohybu, přihrávky, doskakování), a na základní obranné činnosti jednotlivce (základní obranný postoj a pohyb, krytí hráče bez míče, krytí hráče s míčem, doskakování, činnost obránce proti přesile útočníků). Student je po absolvování vzdělávací jednotky schopen ovládat basketbalový míč, umí použít vhodné typy rozcvičení, zná útočné herní činnosti jednotlivce v posloupnosti metodické řady, umí vybrat správné obranné řešení konkrétní herní situace, má přehled o základní herní kombinaci („Hoď a běž“) a chápe podstatu přesilové situace.

Abstract (in English)

The course focuses on training and warm-up activities of the individual offensive game in succession methodical series (shooting, release of the player without the ball, release the player with the ball on the spot and on the move, pass, rebound) and the basic defense activities of the individual (basic defensive posture and movement, defense skills player without the ball, defense skills player with the ball, rebound, activity defenders outnumbered the attackers) .Student after completion of the education unit able to control the basketball ball, he can apply for suitable warm up, knows the offensive game activities in a sequence of methodical series, they can choose the right defense solutions to specific game situations, has an overview of the basic game combined (give and go) and power-understand the nature of the situation.
