Abstract
E-learningový materiál Využití metody elektrostimulace v rozvoji síly atletů je primárně zaměřen na deskripci poměrně málo frekventované metody rozvoje síly – elektrostimulaci. Jak dokazuje celá řada výzkumů, představuje metoda elektrostimulace vhodnou alternativu vybraným silovým intervencím, a to zejména v oblasti regenerace a rehabilitace. Struktura textu je koncipována logicky od historie metody, jejich účinků a základních forem užití až po praktické videoukázky aplikace metody na vybrané svalové partie.
Abstract (in English)
E-learning material Use of electrostimulation to develop strength in athletes primarily focuses on description of an infrequent method of strength development –electrostimulation. The results of various research prove that the method of electrostimulation represents a suitable alternative to selected strength interventions, especially in the field of rehabilitation and regeneration. The text is organized and structured logically – from the history of this method, its effects and basic forms of its use, till practical videos showing application of this method for particular muscle groups.
