Abstract

Publikace je určena studentům bakalářského studia. Materiál je strukturován do 12 kapitol a jeho součástí jsou kontrolní otázky. Tento e-learningový materiál obsahuje 27 videí, 15x obrazovou dokumentaci (fotografie, grafy, schémata a tabulky). Obsahem této elektronické výukové publikace je ucelený přehled o gymnastické přípravě napomáhající k všeobecné pohybové připravenosti jedinců.

Abstract (in English)

Publication is intended for Bachelor´s degree students. Material consists of 12 chapters and test questions. This e-learning material includes 27 videos, 15 images (photos, graphs, schemes and tables). This electronic teaching material is a comprehensive overview of gymnastics preparatory contributing to general preparedness of individuals.
