Abstract
In the present proceedings, full texts of the papers given in the 4th Conference Universal Learning Design – held on 9–11 July in Paris as a part of ICCHP Conf.) – are published. The programme of the conference (as well as the proceedings) was divided into a few thematic sections: 1. Standards of Universal Learning Design at Universities and Testing of Persons with Special Needs. 2. Linguistic Competence of the Hearing Impaired and the Role of Sign Languages in Tertiary Education 3. Universal Design of Electronic Documents and Public Libraries for Purposes of Tertiary Education 4. Compensation Tools for the Specific Learning Disorders and Other Types od Diversity in Tertiary Education.
