Abstract

Text se zabývá výkladem čl. 112 naší Ústavy. Je v něm podrobně rozebrán klíčový ústavní koncept ústavního pořádku s využitím rozsáhlých teoretických pramenů a judikatury Ústavního soudu.

Abstract (in English)

The text deals with the interpretation of Article 112 of the Czech Constitution. With the extensive use of the theoretical literature and the jurisprudence of the Czech Constitutional Court the crucial constitutional concept of "Constitutional Order" is thoroughly analyzed.
