Pracovní skupina Srdeční selhání připravila na sjezd České kardiologické společnosti 2015 blok Co nového v léčbě srdečního selhání, ve kterém představuje tři nové léky pro akutní srdeční selhání, které jsou ve fázi klinického zkoušení a klinické studie se všemi probíhají v ČR.

The article describes clinical trials with new drugs tested for the treatment of acute heart failure. A large programme with vasodalatative drug serelaxin consists of three clinical trials REALAX II, RELAX repeat and RELAX paneurope. Human recombinant natriuretid peptide ulatitide is tested in clinical trial TURE HF. Differne machanism of action is expected from omecantiv mecaril, which is tested in the COSMIC programme.
