Kapitola je zaměřena na problematiku rekonstrukce pooperačních defektů v dutině ústní a hltanu. Jsou uvedeny obecné zásady rekonstrukce a přehled rekonstrukčních technik - primární sutura, kožní transplantace a lalokové plastiky. Též jsou představeny nejčastější laloky při rekonstrukci hlavy a krku. Následuje problematika rekonstrukce rtů. dutiny ústní a orofaryngu.

The chapter is focused on the reconstruction of post-surgical defects in the oral cavity and pharynx. The general principles of reconstruction and overview of reconstructive techniques -primary suture, skin transplants and flaps are listened. There are also presented are the most common flaps in the reconstruction of the head and neck. The issue of reconstruction of the lips, oral cavity and oropharynx follows.
