Abstract

Technické řešení se týká diagnostické sady pro predikci léčebné odpovědi na cetuximab u pacientů s metastatickým kolorektálním karcinomem a nemutovanou variantou onkogenu KRAS, která obsahuje primery a sondu pro stanovení exprese miR-31_5p metodou kvantitativní real-time PCR.

Abstract (in English)

The technical solution relates to a diagnostic kit for predicting response to cetuximab in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer and non-mutated variant of KRAS, comprising primers and probe to determine the expression of miR-31_5p by quantitative real-time PCR.
