Řešení poskytuje způsob přímé mono-N-substituce piperazinu v synteticky významných výtěžcích v jednoduchém provedení, při němž se připraví piperazin-1-iový kation, a následně za katalýzy sloučeninou d-kovu, hliníku či ceru reaguje piperazin-1-iový kation s elektrofilním činidlem, s výhodou v molárním poměru piperazin-1-iového kationtu k elektrofilnímu činidlu v rozmezí 1:1 až 1:1,4. |

In the present invention, there is provided a disclosed a process of direct mono-N-substitution of piperazine in synthetically significant yields in a simple performance being characterized in that there is prepared piperazine-1 cation and subsequently under catalysis of a compound of a d-metal, aluminium or cerium, the piperazine-1 cation reacts with an electrophilic agent, preferably in the molar ratio of the piperazine-1 cation to the electrophilic agent in the range of 1:1 to 1:1.4. |
