Abstract

In the original language

It became more and more obvious the cooperation between educational institutions (universities, high schools) and companies is the key factor of success of learning process. With incoming complexity of the problems that needs to be solved in the real business life the new requests for education came. First the universities needed to change their curricula from one discipline to multi and transdisciplinary approach and also cooperation with the companies needed to be intensified. But what does it mean? What was (and is) the real background of this cooperation? What is the real content of the internships for the students? The companies are mostly afraid to give more complex work to the students, because they have not finished their training. Another argument is based on the fact the internship is not long enough to give complex insight to the problem. Then the result is always the same - students are doing mostly administrative work and the sense of the internship is lost by all involved parties. The aim of the article is about to present the new concept of internship organization - to involve the companies not only to internship process itself, but to whole educational process. The article will present the concept of Business Simulator as the new method of reality centralized education. The involvement of the university, its students and teachers and business partners is based on more intensive, continuing and long term cooperation, bringing a new level of the value to all involved entities.
