The aim of the publication is an introduction of an aerobic exercise program the bodystyling. The theoretical chapters are concerned with characteristics of aerobics programs, posture, functional disorders of musculoskeletal systém and didactics of fitness lessons. The practical part of this publication offers a wide range of exercises for to strengthen various muscle group with one´s own weight and with listed fitness equipment (bosu, overball, dumbells, rubber gums).
