Abstract
The contribution deals with Diffuse Coplanar Surface Barrier Discharge (DCSBD) that was successfully generated in pure water vapour at temperature 400 K at atmospheric pressure. The parameters of plasma were investigated by measurement of electrical characteristics and by means of optical emission spectroscopy. The weak H alpha line and OH radicals were observed in emitted spectra.
