Abstract

Publikace zkoumá problematiku věcného vymezení pravomoci Evropské unie ve vnějších vztazích, charakter této pravomoci a způsoby její realizace. Cílem prostupujícím celou monografií je identifikovat, do jaké míry ovlivňuje mezinárodní právo veřejné fungování Evropské unie navenek, vůči třetím státům a jaký vliv má na vztahy Evropské unie k jejím členským státům.

Abstract (in English)

The publication identifies the scope ot the European Union's competence in external relations, the character of this competence and ways of its realization. The monography aims, in general, to identify to what degree public international law affects the functioning of the European Union outwards, i.e. vis-a-vis third countries, and what impact it has on the relationships of the European Union to its Member States. Pro blems are subject to examination from the perspective of EU law, and public international law.
