The number of contracts concluded via electronic means is rising. Especially online consumer contracts are a reality of everyday life. The aim of this article is to analyse the relevant European regulations, namely Rome I Regulation and Brussels Ibis Regulation in the context of online (consumer) contracts. This analysis will be based on the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU. POZNÁMKA: Sborník z konference bude zaslán k zařazení do databáze Scopus v roce 2017/2018.
