The workshop was organized within the framework of the 16th international conference Cyberspace as a specialized track and served as a platform for discussion of the results of the project supported by the Czech Scientific Foundation – project GA17-22474S Adapting Exceptions and Limitations to Copyright, Neighbouring Rights and Sui Generis Database Rights to Digital Network Environment. All of the members of the project team presented their results and then discussion with the participants followed.
