Abstract

Zpráva shrnuje obsah a závěry diskusního panelu, který jsme uspořádaly pro Druhou olomouckou religionistickou konferenci (říjen 2017). Diskuse se zaměřila na nízké zastoupení žen v jednotlivých vědních oborech, konkrétněji v české religionistice. Panel poukázal na překážky, které výrazně brzdí rozvoj vědecké kariéry žen.

Abstract (in English)

The report provides an overview of a discussion panel organized by the authors for the Second religious studies conference in Olomouc (10/2017). The discussion dealt with the issue of low representation of women in academia, with a focus on situation within Czech Religious Studies. The panel strived to identify major obstacles that hinder women´s academic carier.
