Abstract
In ancient Greece, the basic form/design of a journey is just the navigation, because the island region cannot be explored otherwise, very soon, however, the same representation framework determines journey in general. The aim of the presentation was not to provide a complex history of the metaphor of journey, but to focus on various literary presentations of journey in order to show the journey of the literary journey in antiquity, starting in the concrete space, leading to the world of allegory.
